Coping With A Loss

Losing someone or something you love or care deeply about is very painful. You may experience all kinds' of emotions and it may feel like the pain and sadness will never end . This However, is normal.  Experiences of  severe depression  are normal reactions to a significant loss. There are healthy ways to treat depression and the most important thing to remember is that everyone grieves differently.
How you grieve depends on your relationship between you and the person, and how well you deal with tough situations.  Try to remember that it is going to take time.
Finding  Someone to talk to about your loss and Letting it out may actually relieve some of your stresses and help you feel better. Exercising and going out  for a night of fun is also helpful. Don't feel alone because you aren't .We ALL understand how you feel.
If you know someone is having a hard time about a loss be there for them and be gentle. It could really mean the world to them.Treat them how you would like to be treated you never know when you made need them.Coping with a loss is extremely stressful so if you have a friend who isn't the happiest when you reach out be patient they will come around eventually try not to add extra stress. After all a real friend is understanding.
